Junior Technical Assistant

Junior Technical Assistant – Full Time

Working within the Customised Solutions Division and reporting to the Customised Solutions Specialist, the selected candidate will be responsible for gathering information necessary to prepare client proposals, preparing the final document to be presented to clients, preparing technical drawings in ACAD, conducting site visits, ensuring that the technical drawings and site inspections match and being able to pre-empt any problems that might come up during the execution phase of the project. In addition, the Junior Technical Assistant will also be responsible for the processing of sales and aftersales orders and following up with the relevant supplier.

The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a qualification in furniture or interior design;

• Be highly proficient in the use of ACAD and MS Office applications (including Excel);

• Have a strong eye for detail, be organised, meticulous and comfortable working with tight deadlines;

• Take initiative, be eager to learn and ready to take responsibility for the quality of their own work.

Furniture and Door Installers

We arelooking for furniture Installers with experience in fitting kitchens, other household furniture(such as bedrooms and livingunits) as well as offices,on subcontract basis. 

We are also looking for experienced door installers on subcontract basis.

Customer Care Associate

The selected candidate’s primary responsibilities will behandling telephone enquiries and scheduling of appointments in an appropriate and timely manner.  The Customer Care Associate will also be expected to follow up with suppliers, customers and other departments for the resolution of customer requests and other general office duties.

Applicants should:

Have excellent customer care and telephone skills;

Be fluent in written and spoken Maltese, English and preferably Italian;

Be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision;

Be highly organised and able to work under pressure;

Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification;

As a Surveyor/After Sales Executive your primary role is :-


•    To visit a customer’s home following a sale to ensure that the design purchased is suitable for its purpose, meets the customer’s requirements and is practical to install. He/she would also need to take the necessary measurements.
•    To provide support and assistance to fulfill our overall service promise
•    To solve aftersales issues in a timely and cost-effective way
•    To support sales with technical guidance
•    To perform any type of after-sales site visits (both before and after installation)
•    To make sure that installations are being done to a set standard and to report any deviations to management


The successful Surveyor/After Sales Executive will have the below skills & experience:


•    Previous experience in carrying out site inspections
•    Possess the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
•    To be level headed and calm in difficult situations
•    Be tenacious and have excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
•    Ability to demonstrate limitless attention to detail.
•    Have previous technical knowledge in a similar role
•    Ability to plan and schedule own work to meet the team's goals.
•    Can demonstrate commitment, attention to detail, accuracy and immediate follow up.

The ideal candidate needs to have an excellent work ethic, be effective on the telephone, have problem solving, organisational and planning skills and be able to multitask. Prospective candidates will have the confidence and aptitude to challenge the process, resulting in the outcome being right first time and meeting critical deadlines in line with budget and forecasting.

The selected candidates will be required to assist in general storekeeping and warehouse duties including loading and unloading stock (such as furniture, sofas and doors); stacking and storing goods; locating and preparing goods for delivery and/or pick up by customers.
