Vivendo Hospitality furnishes guest rooms at Hugo’s Boutique Hotel.

Vivendo Group’s Hospitality division has recently furnished all the guest rooms at Hugo’s Boutique Hotel, a landmark project in the heart of Paceville which boasts 40 designer guest rooms and suites, each with its own distinctive look, spread over eight floors. Vivendo supplied room furniture, including beds and mattresses, as well as guest room and emergency doors.

Since the building that houses Hugo’s Boutique Hotel was pre-existing, any refurbishment work had to accommodate the limits of the original structure. This included rooms that came in different shapes and sizes, which gave the hotel its eclectic and exotic character, but posed an interesting challenge for furnishing.

After examining the room design supplied by client, Vivendo quickly set up a sample room to test different furniture configurations and come up with creative ideas for the variety of room layouts within the establishment. Hospitality specialist Marthese Aquilina said, “We made sure all the furniture was chosen in accordance to the client’s wishes and, once work was underway, the project was completed within the agreed timeframe.”

“We’re very happy with the results rendered by Vivendo Group’s Hospitality division,” said Hugo Chetcuti, CEO of Hugo’s Group. “They provided us with the best options available, always keeping in mind our priorities, and guests have responded very positively to the room décor, especially the quality of the bedding.”

Vivendo Hospitality is part of the Vivendo Group portfolio of brands, which caters especially to the needs of the hospitality market in Malta. The company taps into the group’s strong capacity and experience of working on hospitality projects, including custom-made projects and outfitting of high-end hotels, to deliver a strategic and complete service to hoteliers and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
